4Email Delivery Service — Resend

Our website's contact form uses the Resend service (Resend Inc., Delaware, United States) for email routing and delivery.

When you submit the contact form, the information provided (name, email, phone, subject, message) is transmitted to Resend to facilitate sending the message to our team. This data passes through Resend's servers in accordance with their privacy policy available at resend.com.

Resend acts as a data processor on behalf of Nexmind. Data is not retained by Resend beyond the time necessary for email delivery.

In accordance with Law 25 requirements, we inform you that your data may be processed outside of Quebec during this routing.

5Retention of Information

Personal information collected through the contact form is stored in our secure email inbox for as long as necessary to process your request.

In the absence of an established business relationship, information is destroyed or anonymized within two (2) years following the last contact.

If a business relationship is established (service mandate), data is retained for the duration of the mandate and the following seven (7) years, in accordance with applicable legal and tax obligations in Quebec.
